My husband and I joke about the tattoos! Weβve always wondered if some tattooists just want to take the piss out of someone who does not read (or try to understand) e.g Chinese characters. At least I know now that we werenβt completely wrong π€£
Iβve heard rumors, from long ago, that folks were getting tattoos without knowing what they were getting. Iβm sure on there are examples out there, probably under βtattoo failsβ β no real experience with this! π€£ Just all in good fun. π€£
Oh, thank you, my friend! I miss my writing on substack too. But we're having a busy summer this year, travelling and visitors, and when there is none of that, the heat melts my brain... will be back in the autumn!!
Gosh, you made me laugh so hard. Was trying to come up with some of my own, but I need some time, lol. Oh here is one: Sing Chinese opera really loud out of your dorm or apartment window. I had a Chinese roommate who did that.
SO hilarious - and I've often wondered about those (pretentious!) Asian tattoos as well, and smug to be correct. Everything here is extremely clever and really made me laugh. xo
Thanks, Sue! π I thought it was funny, but the more I looked at it, the more I doubted if it would come off. You know how it goes. GAHHHH! So glad it made you laugh. π
I'm dying here! And I think you might be onto something with the American railways, though who would want them? Ahhh, I am ready for your standup, Lani. I'll be first in line!
Oh, was it now? I had no idea. Geez, Iβm an old fart. π€£ My hubby came up with the name, and itβs a play on Life, the Universe, and Everything by Douglas Adams.
I got the reference right away! I too am old and farty. π My cursor just happened to hover over the photo and the caption popped up! It was pure luck.πππ
:):)
ππ
omg that first point π
But you forgot the tsking when people around you have ice in their drinks (it'll wreak havoc on their digestion!) π
π Too true. And I only have my beer with ice now. π»
Haha! π

Oh, good. Sometimes with humor, we can't be sure if it will land or not! π€οΈ Railroads sound good to me! π€£
Youβre hilarious- and you made me think at the same time!
Awww, Iβm so glad, xo π
Donβt forget to compliment your friendsβ baked goods: βNot too sweet.β
